Professional Development for Junior Associates

Professional development begins as a junior associate, and the earlier an attorney begins to build these skills, the better equipped they will be throughout their career. In this learning path, junior associates will learn how to create their own professional identity, build relationships, manage their time and delegate effectively, present to their colleagues and clients, build well-being strategies, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and improve coaching, counseling, and mentoring skills.
