Titus T. Nichols is the owner and managing partner of Nichols Law, where he represents individuals who have sustained catastrophic injuries due to motor vehicle wrecks and unsafe premises. He also advises businesses and individuals on data privacy and cybersecurity matters. After graduating from Morehouse College in 2006 and the UGA School of Law in 2009, he clerked for the Honorable Robert Jenkins of the 13th Judicial Circuit in Greenville, South Carolina. He went on to serve as an assistant district attorney in Augusta, Georgia, before going into private practice with the firm of Bell & Brigham. Nichols has previously served as an adjunct professor at Augusta University and Furman University. He also serves in the U.S. Army as a judge advocate general for the Georgia Army National Guard.
