Stuart Tubis is a civil litigator representing clients in a wide range of matters, particularly Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) claims. Stuart recently defended Marriott in a lawsuit brought by a serial ADA plaintiff. The plaintiff had filed hundreds of similar lawsuits against hotels and other businesses; Stuart filed a motion for judgement on the pleadings showing that the hotel's reservation system was compliant with the ADA and that the plaintiff's claims lacked merit. The court sided with Marriott and granted the motion, dismissing the lawsuit in its entirety.
