Seth’s practice focuses on complex litigation and arbitration, including representing state and local government entities in connection with the opioid crisis. Seth has handled cases on a broad array of subject matters, including antitrust, bankruptcy, contracts, class actions, fraud, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, products liability, securities, and unfair trade practices.
Before joining Keller Lenkner, Seth was an attorney at Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C. and Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago. At those firms, he handled trial, appellate and arbitral matters for companies and sovereigns involving contract disputes, government and internal investigations, mass torts, class action claims, and other issues.
Seth is an Adjunct Professor in the Center for Legal Studies at Northwestern University and a North American Representative to the International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitrators Forum.
Seth served as a law clerk for Judge Richard F. Suhrheinrich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was elected to Order of the Coif and served as In Brief Editor on the Managing Board of the Virginia Law Review. He graduated summa cum laude from Northwestern University.
