Scott J. Goldstein is the managing member at the Law Offices of Wenarsky & Goldstein, LLC. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the States of New Jersey and New York, the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is an honors graduate of Haverford College (B.A. 2001) and obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law in 2004.
Following law school, Mr. Goldstein was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2004 and New York in 2005. He started practice with one of New Jersey’s most prestigious firms, practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, fidelity and surety law. After practicing in these areas with firms of various size, Mr. Goldstein started his own firm in February 2010 with the stated goal of helping individuals and small businesses that he saw struggling as the economy stagnated.
Mr. Goldstein resides in western Morris County with his wife and two daughters. He is active in his community, serving as a member of the Board of Trustees of Temple Hatikvah in Flanders, New Jersey. Mr. Goldstein and the Firm are active supporters of Children’s Specialized Hospital and the Saint Barnabas Hospital NICU. Mr. Goldstein also donates his time to assisting indigent debtors as a volunteer attorney with Legal Services of Northwest Jersey.
Mr. Goldstein is a proud member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
