Rebecca L. Rakoski, co-founder and managing partner at XPAN Law Group, a distinctive Women-Owned boutique law firm, focuses her practice exclusively on cybersecurity and data privacy. She understands technology and how it intersects with her client’s legal obligations and liabilities. With the nearly two-decade worth of litigation experience, Rebecca approaches her client’s issues with a litigator’s eye helping them prevent lawsuits and create a complete solution to their organizations. Rebecca has extensive experience in all aspects of cybersecurity, data privacy and crosses border data transfer issues. In addition to being a principal member of XPAN Law Group, Rebecca is an adjunct law professor at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law and sits on the Board of Governors for Temple University Health System, including a position on the Board’s Audit and Compliance Committee.
