Randi Rosenblatt is a corporate lawyer who has always been business development-focused. She gained experience in private practice in New York at Schiff Hardin and Watson Farley & Williams, as well as in-house at Heineken USA, before transitioning out of the practice itself to lead business development for a legal secondment firm, Bliss Lawyers. Randi was instrumental in successfully growing Bliss Lawyers’ business, resulting in its acquisition by the industry leader, Axiom. In 2020, Randi launched Upward Stride, a business development consulting, training, and coaching firm that works with attorneys and law firms on how to grow their business strategically and authentically. Randi earned her JD and MBA from Tulane and her BA from the University of Michigan.
