Attorney Precious L. Vines is a licensed attorney, with a Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law. She holds a Masters Degree in Human Services, with a concentration in Non-Profit Management, and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. In addition, she has been a licensed attorney since 2005. Some of her practice and consulting areas have included general civil, criminal, disability, family, and real estate. Her experience also includes adult education, curriculum development and instruction, and nonprofit development and consulting. 

For the past 14 years, Attorney Vines has advocated for clients, especially within the realm of Social Security Disability law. Her experience also includes formerly working as a Disability Adjudicator with Disability Determination Services. Since that time, she has worked with various law firms, and represented clients nationally, from the initial application stage to the hearings level. 

 Attorney Vines is an advocate for empowering oneself through education. Her background also includes college instruction within the paralegal and human services field. In addition, she has served as a coordinator for continuing legal education opportunities. Attorney Vines has presented on various legal topics including, but not limited to:

She is currently a member of the North Carolina State Bar, Tenth Judicial District Bar, Wake County District Bar, American Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association, and National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives. Attorney Vines also volunteers with the Legal Aid of North Carolina-Pro Bono, assisting various clients with free legal advice.
