He is an independent international arbitrator and mediator based in London with over 30 years of experience in dispute resolution across sectors including transport, logistics, construction, and energy. Paul is a member of Arbitra International based in London. Prior to becoming a full-time neutral, Paul held senior executive roles, including as CEO and Director of international freight and logistics businesses, and Managing Director of a global construction company. His legal and commercial expertise gives him unique insight into supply chain disputes involving contractual breakdowns, transport failures, and regulatory disruption. He regularly acts in complex, multi-party arbitrations and mediations, including those arising from cross-border supply chain pressures and systemic risks.

Paul teaches International Commercial Arbitration to the LLM Students at Westminster University Law School in London.
