Michael J. Pospis, a 2002 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, began his practice representing companies in patent litigation primarily in federal courts throughout the country. In 2009, he started his own practice. Since then, his firm, Pospis Law, PLLC, has primarily represented plaintiffs in employment discrimination and sexual harassment matters in courts (including New York State Court) and administrative agencies (including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York City Commission on Human Rights).
