Matt Crawford is a Partner at Martenson, Hasbrouck & Simon, where he leads the firm’s Restrictive Covenants Practice Group. He has been practicing for over twenty years, and has developed a national practice encompassing all fields of labor and employment law. A significant portion of Matt’s practice is dedicated to restrictive covenants, and he has assisted clients in drafting restrictive covenants tailored to the laws of each of the fifty states and the District of Columbia. He has also appeared in numerous state and federal courts representing clients seeking to enforce their restrictive covenants and has a very successful track record in obtaining injunctive relief and damages for violations. He also has an extensive labor relations practice.
