Mana Ghaemmaghami focuses on blockchain and digital asset-related matters. Ms. Ghaemmaghami has worked on a wide range of projects in this space, often taking a leading role on advising clients and drafting relevant agreements. She also has co-authored a number of articles on nonfungible tokens (NFTs). Additionally, Ms. Ghaemmaghami works on transactional matters, including technology development and licensing, intellectual property and technology matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, and information security and privacy projects.
