Lisa Messner is a Partner and the Litigation Director at Mac Murray & Shuster LLP. Bringing 20 years of litigation experience and a focus on consumer protection and privacy laws and regulations, she defends highly-regulated businesses nationwide in class actions, complex commercial litigation, and government enforcement actions brought by state and federal regulatory agencies.

Lisa also has substantial experience as a skilled neutral, helping disputing parties achieve resolution outside the courtroom. She has built a successful track record as a mediator in federal district court across a wide range of matters including class-wide settlements, complex business-to-business disputes, employment and labor relations, contract and collective bargaining disputes, and personal injury cases. Lisa has completed formal mediation training through the American Bar Association and is a member of the ABA’s Dispute Resolution Section.
