Biography

Lisa has more than two decades of experience working exclusively as a business immigration lawyer.  She serves as a trusted advisor and counselor who shepherds her clients successfully through a complex, dynamic, and often bureaucratic environment, enabling her clients to achieve their immigration goals.

Lisa’s practice includes providing programmatic and strategic support to mid-cap and large multinational companies seeking to leverage the U.S. immigration system to transfer key talent to the U.S. using temporary nonimmigrant visas, as well as sponsoring others for green cards, and ultimately U.S. citizenship.

She also works regularly with in-house general counsel, corporate human resource professionals and private individuals to enable them to maintain recruiting and hiring programs that are compliant with the range of applicable governmental regulations.

Her practice also includes counseling private investors and start-up companies on the specific immigration options available to achieve their personal and business needs as they relate to their immigration status.

Drawing upon her extensive experience in the field with a range of different industries, Lisa offers her clients a broad holistic view that enables her clients to integrate and coordinate the myriad of strategic issues involved in an international assignment to the United States, including coordinating with tax and mobility professionals, and corporate human resource professionals, among others.
