Lindsay Lin is a Partner and U.S. Counsel for Dragonfly Capital, a cross-border crypto venture fund with offices in San Francisco and Singapore. Previously, she served as a Legal Counsel for Stellar Development Foundation -- a non-profit organization founded in 2014 to support the development and growth of the open-source Stellar network. She was the Foundation’s first legal hire, oversaw a wide range of transactions and investments (totalling over $500 million), advised on products, partnerships, and marketing, conducted extensive regulatory analysis, and contributed to cryptocurrency legislation and outreach. She also served as Legal Counsel for Interstellar, where she led due diligence on new partnerships, operations, and engineering projects. Lindsay holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. with High Distinction from the University of Virginia
