Laura Miller is counsel in the Litigation & Investigations group at Seward & Kissel. Since joining Seward & Kissel in 2016, Laura’s practice has focused primarily on complex commercial litigation, government investigations, regulatory inquiries, and maritime litigation. 

Laura received her B.A. from Cornell University and her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was both a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a James Kent Scholar. Prior to joining Seward & Kissel, Laura was a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
