Biography

Judson Littleton is a member of the litigation group of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. In the course of his diverse practice, Mr. Littleton has represented corporate and individual clients in both civil and criminal matters before the U.S. Supreme Court, federal and state appellate courts, numerous trial courts across the country, and in government and internal investigations.

Prior to joining Sullivan & Cromwell, Mr. Littleton served as a trial attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he represented the United States and its agencies and officials in high-profile matters involving a wide range of constitutional and statutory issues. Mr. Littleton also served as a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he worked on numerous cases before the U.S. Supreme Court at both the merits and certiorari stages.

Mr. Littleton served as a law clerk to Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. of the U.S. Supreme Court and to the Judge A. Raymond Randolph of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
