Jethro S. Busch is a partner at the San Francisco law firm of Steven Adair MacDonald & Partners, P.C., where his areas of practice include landlord/tenant and civil litigation. Mr. Busch received his B.A. degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his J.D. degree from Tulane University, and served for five years on the Executive Committee of the State Bar Real Property Law Section. He has spoken for various business and professional groups. Mr. Busch has written on landlord-tenant topics, most recently for the California Real Property Journal. He is a member of the State Bar of California (member, Real Property Law Section; former co-chair, Landlord/Tenant Subsection) and the Bars for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
