Jason Mark Anderman is Vice President and Senior Counsel in the American Express General Counsel's Organization supporting Information Security and Global Business Services. He focuses on financial services regulatory issues for information security and third party relationships, while leading enterprise procurement and real estate legal services. He also provides thought leadership for knowledge management and legal technology resources supporting the organization on a global basis.

Jason previously founded WhichDraft.com, where he created a document assembly application to automatically create contracts via a simple question and answer interface online. Prior to that, he also was in-house counsel at Becton, Dickinson and Company, supporting procurement and diagnostics business units. Jason also spent several years at the law firms Paul Hastings LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP. Jason is an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School of Law and serves on the advisory board of NJ LEEP, a nonprofit focused on channeling at-risk youth into legal careers. Jason graduated from Duke University School of Law where he was also awarded an M.A. in Cultural Anthropology. He received his B.A. from Washington University.
