I have practiced law for over 29 years, principally in the areas of estate planning and probate, family law, real estate, and business formation, disputes, and litigation. I bring seasoned legal experience along with a strong work ethic and a caring heart to all the clients I serve.

After graduating from law school in 1994, I moved to Austin and joined the Law Office of Forest D. Cook as an associate attorney. In March of 2000, I joined the law firm of Steve R. Campos, P.C. Two years later I established Jack W. Cunningham, P.C., and we formed Campos & Cunningham, LLP, In 2005, the firm was featured in Austin Lawyers: A Legacy of Leadership and Service (Association Publishing Company, 2005).

In September of 2007, our entire practice group joined The Fowler Law Firm, P.C., a mid-sized firm, also in Austin. In March of 2010, I opened my solo practice as Jack W. Cunningham, P.C., and have represented hundreds of individuals and businesses from that time. My knowledge, understanding, and expertise from varied fields bring a unique perspective to the legal representation of and advocacy for my clients. I now reside in Denton, Texas, and practice law throughout the North Texas area.
