Carol Henderson is an Assistant Attorney General with the Division of Criminal Justice, where she is the Chief of the Appellate Bureau. She is a past Chair of the NJSBA Criminal Law Section and past Chair of the NJSBA Appellate Practice Committee.  She has extensive appellate experience before the New Jersey Supreme Court, the Appellate Division, the federal district court, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She has lectured and written articles on appellate practice, sentencing, legal writing and prosecutorial conduct.  AAG Henderson is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School.
