Brian Arbetter heads up Seddigh Arbetter’s disputes practice, as well as the Firm’s New York office. He has approximately three decades of practice experience advising and representing clients in all areas of disputes. This experience includes labor, employment, immigration, benefits, privacy, contracts, intellectual property, family law, and trade secrets. Prior to forming Seddigh Arbetter, Brian was an equity partner at three of the largest law firms in the world. At Seddigh Arbetter, he brings big firm experience and capabilities to clients of all sizes – from individuals to family and startup entities, to more traditional large-scale corporate operations. In addition to domestic US capabilities, Brian has deep experience handling legal matters for clients around the world, and he is intimately familiar with handling matters in the legal systems of most major non-US markets. Brian is directly licensed in California, Illinois, and New York, and he regularly handles matters in all jurisdictions of the United States and abroad. In his free time, Brian devotes pro bono time to performing arts, immigration rights, and youth developmental disability organizations. When he has free moments, he likes to spend time with his family and can often be found on the track racing sports cars.
