Biography
For over a decade, Alex has represented consumers, labor unions, and municipalities across the U.S. in areas including complex tort, personal injury, antitrust, and securities litigation.
Before joining Milberg, Mr. Straus built his legal career as a litigation attorney with Motley Rice LLC, following a successful career as an investigative journalist and author. In 2013, he authored an amicus curiae brief to the U.S. Supreme Court supporting a shipyard worker who died from asbestos exposure.
