Adam is a trial and appellate attorney who focuses on legal issues relating to emerging technologies and intellectual property disputes. Adam leverages his training as a computer scientist and statistician to present complex concepts in ways that are both persuasive and easy for clients, judges, and juries to understand.
In recent years, Adam has helped clients to successfully navigate disputes relating to deepfake technology, cryptocurrency platforms, and digital collectibles. Adam has also secured favorable litigation outcomes, including in a trademark dispute between two comic shops, patent infringement actions relating to cloud storage and virtualization technology, and a trade secret dispute relating to the technology that enables Ford’s innovative aluminum trucks.
Adam graduated from Yale Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal of Law and Technology and a Features Editor of the Yale Law Journal. After law school, Adam clerked for Judge Leonard Stark in the District of Delaware and Judge Kent Jordan in the Third Circuit.
In his free time, Adam writes articles about the intersection of law with video games, movies, and comic books, and teaches introductory moral philosophy to high school and college students.
