With over fifteen years of experience in litigation, Ms. Cinquino is a skilled jury consultant whose expertise in psychology and law has been applied to hundreds of civil and criminal cases throughout the country. She holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston and a M.A. in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York. She also received a B.A. in political science from Elmira College in New York. Ms. Cinquino is admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association-Litigation Division.

She has lectured on topics covering witness preparation techniques, trial strategies, the psychology of persuasion and current event issues impacting juror opinion and decision making to litigation groups, legal organizations and corporations. Ms. Cinquino has provided legal commentary on high profile litigation for international television media programs and has authored and contributed to numerous articles featured in both regional and national publications.
