Angela is a principal in the Firm's Family Law and Commercial Litigation Departments. As a member of the firm's Family Law group, Angela routinely works with clients whose needs lie in all areas of matrimonial and family law, including divorce litigation, mediation and arbitration, alimony and child support, custody and parenting time issues, same-sex divorce and dissolution, high asset divorces, separation and property settlement agreements and domestic violence matters. Angela is also a trained collaborative law professional and a New Jersey Supreme Comi approved R. 1:40 mediator, as well as only one of the few trained mediators in New Jersey authorized to mediate cases that include a domestic violence Final Restraining Order.
Angela is admitted to the roster of Mediators for Economic Aspects of Family Law Cases as well as the roster of Civil Mediators for the Superior Comi of New Jersey for several New Jersey counties. She serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist for Morris County, and volunteers her time for both the New Jersey Battered Women's Legal Advocacy Project of Morris County and the Morris County Family Law Self-Help Clinic for prose litigants.
She also devotes her time to our service men and women through the American Bar Association's Pro Bono Military Project. Angela has been recognized by New Jersey Super Lawyers and New Jersey Monthly as one of the state's top "Rising Stars," was recognized by her peers as one of the "Top 40 Under 40" by the New Jersey Law Journal in 2011, and was recognized by "10 Leaders" for matrimonial law age 45 and under. Angela is a member of her firm's Diversity Committee, and has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court for her second term to the District XA Ethics Committee. She is also a Trustee for the Morris County Bar Association.
Angela received her B.A. from Colgate University and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is a frequent lecturer on a variety of family law issues, including those involving social media and ethics.
