Overview

When storage tanks become damaged or corroded, the contents of may leak into the surrounding soil or groundwater. Leaking tanks often require a legal as well as an environmental response. This program, presented by New Jersey environmental lawyer, Stuart J. Lieberman, approaches the subject of leaking homeowner tanks from the first steps that should be undertaken to protect your client until the tank has been removed and contamination addressed. Since many homeowner policies do not cover leaking tanks, funding is also a very important issue.
