This course will explore the current and future state of mental health in the legal industry. We will unpack the various phenomena that have led to the industry facing mental health conditions. We will touch on how individual attorneys can manage mental health in today's legal profession.

We will then explore the future of mental health in the legal industry. How will firms adapt and grapple with such a complicated issue? Do law schools have a role to play in this process? What firms are leading by example, and what firms are falling behind? Such questions will be explored, discussed, and answered. We will also unpack actionable items for industry leaders and management to better cater to mental health.
