Overview

Following the Supreme Court's 2023 affirmative action decisions, some predicted a coming "take down" and "concussive" "blow to workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. In the two years since the Court's decision, DEI efforts and programs have been targeted in myriad court cases, online pressure campaigns, and various demands to organizations aimed at ending DEI. While some corporate leaders used the Court's action as a reason to abandon programs, others have chosen to resist challenges to their long-held workplace diversity commitments. In our webinar, we will discuss the state of DEI challenges as 2025 begins, including court rulings and organizational decisions to drop or bolster their DEI commitments.
