This program will review various insurance coverage issues unique to the cannabis industry. It will cover the types of risks faced by the cannabis industry and the types of insurance available to cover those risks, as well as challenges policyholders face obtaining coverage for cannabis risks under different lines of insurance.
This course will benefit business-owners in the cannabis space, insurance practitioners who routinely handle coverage cases, and practitioners who rarely handle coverage matters but who have experience representing those involved in the regulated cannabis markets.
