Unpacking Provisions in a Texas Oil and Gas Lease

This program, presented by Texas oil and gas title attorney Joshua Stein, covers multiple provisions in a standard oil and gas lease, as well as some of the more common provisions in negotiated oil and gas leases. It is intended to be an introductory course for general practitioners with little oil and gas experience. The program also covers common traps for the unwary and offers suggestions for dealing with oil companies after production has been obtained.
