This program will provide an overview of the Executive Orders issued since January 20, 2025 that target transgender, nonbinary, and intersex individuals, including a discussion of litigation filed to challenge their implementation. This course will discuss emerging developments pertaining to passports, gender-affirming medical care, military service, carceral settings, and education.
