Are you feeling overwhelmed and having trouble keeping up with deadlines? Do healthy living habits seem hopelessly out of your reach with all the pressure you feel at work? This program will focus on tools and techniques for newly-admitted attorneys to help foster time and stress management skills to enable you to prioritize assignments and keep up with your workflow, all while avoiding burn-out. We will explore well-being as the critical foundation to being an effective attorney.
