This program explores how law firms can harness AI to address common operational and client service challenges, while navigating the ethical and risk management implications. While discussing specific tools available today-which continue to evolve rapidly-the course will center on practical, client-focused strategies for responsible adoption. Attendees will gain actionable guidance for integrating AI into their legal practice in a manner consistent with the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and available ethics opinions.
