Overview

Attorneys face some of the highest rates of chronic stress, burnout, and mental health challenges of any profession - issues that can impair judgment, reduce competence, and raise ethical concerns under the ABA Model Rules. This program addresses the urgent need for attorney well-being by exploring how stress, poor nutrition, and lack of movement impact both health and professional performance.

Led by registered dietitian Amy Goodson and attorney Gabriella DiSilvio, this course provides practical, science-backed strategies attorneys can use to support their mental and physical health through small, sustainable changes. Participants will learn how healthy habits not only boost energy and focus, but also help meet ethical obligations to maintain fitness to practice and serve clients effectively.
