This seminar is designed to provide the nuts, bolts, and ethical considerations of a middle class estate practice to general practitioners in the fields of law, accounting, and life insurance, as well as to more experienced general professionals seeking to expand into this field. Attorneys Joseph and Jeffrey Pozzuolo provide a discussion and exchange of viewpoints regarding the fundamental and essential estate planning issues, strategies, techniques, and accessories to those “cross-over” areas every trust and estate professional needs to know concerning overlapping practice areas.
