Overview
With the proliferation of new messaging platforms, the novelty of parties' communication services will not excuse discovery failures. This program will discuss recent federal cases which serve as cautionary tales demonstrating the responsibility of parties and counsel to preserve and produce emerging categories of electronically stored information. This program will help attorneys identify early e-discovery challenges in order to best advise clients on compliance with discovery obligations throughout the litigation.
