Overview
This program will benefit attorneys who are interested in expanding their practice to include a proven alternative to litigation. While the focus of this program will be on the Divorce Model of Collaborative Law, wherein we use attorneys, a financial expert, and a facilitator (mental health professional) to assist a divorcing couple, the techniques can be replicated to apply to nearly all aspects of litigation. Attendees will be provided with Part I of a three-part series wherein they will see the benefit of the structure of this Model. The program will benefit experienced Family Law attorneys who want to expand their skillset and practice area. Other practitioners, like those practicing in the fields of trusts & estates, employment law, discrimination, business law, real estate litigation, etc., will also see the benefits of this interdisciplinary model and how it can streamline cases and avoid having to go to court.
