This program will benefit practitioners servicing private clients and assisting clients in the preparation of estate planning documents wherein they are selecting fiduciaries to serve as executors and/or trustees. The program is aimed primarily at experienced attorneys servicing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients who have sophisticated needs for tax planning, asset protection, and the management of family wealth.
The program will discuss the various duties and responsibilities of a professional fiduciary, when and why the selection of professional fiduciaries is warranted, and will ultimately make the case that professional fiduciaries - although sometimes more costly than other alternatives - are the favorable selection.
