The ABCs of Trademarks will highlight the basic tenets of US trademark law. This program, presented by Roman Basi, President of The Center for Financial, Legal & Tax Planning, Inc., will cover the process of registering a trademark, the necessary elements of a valid trademark, and recent updates to US trademark law.
