Technical Aspects of Legal Writing

In this program, attorneys Theodore Blumberg and Erica Dubno discuss these important, effective, and often overlooked technical aspects of legal writing: (1) proofreading; (2) typography; (3) using the table of contents as a summary of the case; (4) using Pacer or other e-filing as a summary; and (5) adding case citations and hyperlinks in e-filed documents.
