Overview
It is no secret that the judiciary is lacking in diversity. This dynamic panel of three New York Supreme Court Justices moderated by Jennifer Richardson, President of the Capital District Black & Hispanic Bar Association, provides strategies to make it to the bench, identify and fill vacancies, analyze elections and campaigns, build experience, prepare for evaluations, and more. The goal of this session is to inspire members of traditionally marginalized backgrounds to make strides towards joining the judiciary while providing successful and proven strategies to make it a reality.
