Sports, Biometrics, & the Law

This program will discuss the adoption of biometric devices among professional athletes and the emerging legal considerations for athletes, teams, and anyone else intent on commercializing their biometric data. In particular, the presentation will touch on legal issues such as data ownership, the right to publicity, and biometric privacy laws.
