SCOTUS Roundup 2018: Six Leading Cases

This course, taught by experienced attorney Robert B. Fitzpatrick, will discuss six of the latest Supreme Court decisions: Carpenter v. United States, Trump v. Hawaii, Artis v. District of Columbia, Jesner v. Arab Bank, Pereira v. Sessions, and Hidalgo v. Arizona. Mr. Fitzpatrick will provide an overview of each case, including the arguments presented by both sides, and will discuss the impact and potential aftermath of each one.
