Excellent
Agency counselor and litigator, federal law.
For many years, I developed and delivered the SCOTUS update at the annual legal update seminar for the Florida Association of Police Attorneys. I am now retired and disabled. It was a joy to watch two SCOTUS experts in this presentation. I may not apply it any longer, but I certainly appreciate it. Thank you.
