Safeguarding Confidential Data: The Ethics of Cybersecurity

Threats to data maintained by attorneys are at an all-time high and are continuing to grow. They include ransomware, phishing, business email compromises, supply chain compromises, and more. This program, presented by cybersecurity and privacy attorneys Alyssa Watzman and David Ries, will explore the current threat environment, attorneys' duties to protect confidential data, and how to comply with these duties. It will provide relevant information for attorneys with all levels of experience in all sizes of law firms.
