Representing Healthcare Providers Before Illinois Administrative Agencies

Healthcare providers are subjected to many regulatory requirements enforced by various administrative agencies, and particularly in Illinois.  

This program, taught by Polsinelli PC healthcare attorney Meredith Duncan, discusses the key issues involved in administrative agency enforcement actions and appeals in Illinois, including actions before the Illinois Department of Public Health, Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
