Questions and Answers on International Asset Recovery

This course aims to raise issues and answer questions on transborder discovery and recovery which claimants and stakeholders have to confront in an increasingly integrated world, overlaid by new platforms to hold and distribute vast amounts of wealth.

The course will benefit litigation funders, bankruptcy and other like fiduciaries, in-house litigation divisions, experienced litigation counsel, and claimants.
