Do you want to refresh your memory on litigating in federal court? Then this program is for you. This program, presented by Cari Sheehan, Assistant Clinical Professor of Business Law and Ethics with the IU Kelley School of Business - Indianapolis, will go through the basics of federal jurisdiction, including subject matter jurisdiction. You will also be given tips and pointers for drafting and filing pleadings in federal court. If you are new, or regularly practice in federal court, then this program is right for you.
