Overview
The course focuses on how to use technology to the advantage of the negligence trial lawyer. Attorney Justin Blitz discusses technology and iPad applications for jury selection, demonstrative evidence during openings and summations, and during direct and cross exams of physicians. Mr. Blitz concludes the program to discuss the latest in medical technology to best show the severity of an injury to a jury and effective ways to best utilize the iPad and related gadgets for direct and cross exams.
